• A £15 booking fee is required for treatments up to 2 hours; £20 for treatments over 2 hours. This fee is non-refundable but will be deducted from your final treatment cost or can roll over to future appointments for regular clients.

• To cancel, please give 48 hours' notice; otherwise, your booking fee will be forfeited, and you'll need to pay a new one for your next appointment.

• For rescheduling, as long as it's 48 hours in advance, your booking fee will roll over.

• No-shows will lose their booking fee and must pay 50% of the next treatment upon booking. A second no-show will require full payment for the next treatment, and a third no-show will result in no future bookings.

• If you're more than 10-15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and you'll lose your booking fee.

• I do not infill other techs' work. Any work done elsewhere must be soaked off for insurance purposes.

• Lash & tint treatments require a patch test at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

• All services are non-refundable. Complimentary fixes are available within 7 days; after that, there will be a fee.

• Due to space limitations, no children are allowed at appointments.

• Clients under 18 must have a parent or caregiver's permission.

• I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying rude or aggressive behaviour.

• Policies may be updated at any time.
